Good insurance but a very bad customer support, if you have the fuentes family from LA Puente California. You will never have the chance to speak with one of the Fuentes family representative form there. I honestly ha e been trying to call and speak with 1 year and they still no answer any call, all my calls had been sent to hold untill hangout. Sadly

TRYING TO REACH DANIEL FUENTES SINCE 2023 STILL LEAVING MESSAGES AND IN THE PAST WENT YOUR TO OFFICE IN LA PUENTE REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEM AND WAS TOLD BY YOUR STAFF THAT YOU ARE NEVER AT YOUR OFFICE I RECEIVED POLICY TODAY WHICH STATED I WAS SAME 4/14/2023 ACCIDENT AND MY POLICY INCREASED AGENTS REFUSE TO HELP I WENT BACK THREE TIMES IN PERSON AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE THEIR NAME. ONE VISIT ONLY YOUNG GIRL SHE NEW WAS NOT TRAINED AND DID NOT THE NAME OF THE MAN NAME. I CALLED SEVERAL UNTIL GOT TIRED AND STOP CALLING. I WANT COPY OF POLICE REPORT AND WHO THE PEOPLE NAMES AND INCIDENT REPORT ALLSTATE PAID OUT ON MY RENEWAL AUTO POLICY DECLARATION STATED THAT 2020 NISSAN MURANO AT FAULT ACCIDENT 04/14/2023 I WOULD LIKE YOU TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM WHICH MAY A PRINT ERROR I MIGHT SEEK AN ATTORNEY.

Buyer beware they increase your rates every month and when you show up to the office to cancel they take a long time to attend you still waiting and no one is ahead of me really unprofessional and bad service

This office as well as Allstate in general have always been great , , , in the past. I don't know what it is, but a huge change has taken place. "It appears" they have drastically cut staffing or taken on a lot more clients. I wonder if Daniel Fuentes is managing the office anymore? I don't know. But I can no longer make a phone call, get someone knowledgeable on the phone who will clearly answer my concerns. This was never the case before. Now, no one answers phones. They don't return calls. They don't return emails. Probably corporate decisions are cutting offices and rolling into few offices? I don't know, but it's not the same here anymore. I wonder how a claim will go if I ever have one.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I recently had to change my auto insurance with my aunt and although I really didn't want to I'm so glad we did. Celina helped us through the entire process, explaining every detail in English for myself and in Spanish for my aunt. We got both cars insured and even got a great rate for renters insurance. We will definitely be recommending Celina at Allstate in La Puente to our friends and family.
