We had a great experience with Non-Stop Mechanical, who was recommended by Daisy - they came out at midnight to fix a plumbing issue in our condo and stayed until 6am.

They were communicative, professional, thorough, and went above and beyond - not only did they fix the blockage in our building’s pipe, but they deep cleaned all of the areas that were affected so it was as if nothing happened. Definitely recommend Damir and Non-Stop Mechanical and would use them again.

I would not recommend Daisy to any property owner.

I just moved into a building managed by Daisy, and I am utterly disappointed with their service and communication. I opened a simple request ticket but received no communication after they received the documents they asked for.

There was no mention of the standard SLA or turnaround time commitment, and they did not even try to keep me informed. There is no update on the request or timeline, which is very unprofessional.

I have to create new tickets and chat with a representative to get their attention. This lack of communication would cost us thousands of dollars.

The emergency line puts me in a voicemail. How is that an emergency line?
