When looking for a company to buy my mothers property I looked at many that would buy her home for cash as is. During my search I found several but all were from out of the area where my mother lived. Then I came across Darrell. My mother was in an interesting situation and we were moving her to a senior living facility.
Darrell was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first time we meet. He was always available to answer our questions and even came back to the house to help reassure my my mother about the process. In addition any items that we were not moving we were able to leave at the house and Darrell and his team would do all the cleanup.
I also loved the fact that he was from and still lived in the same community as my mom, and knew the area very well.
I would highly recommend Darrell if you are in need of selling your home.

I received so many calls for a cash offer for my house. I was very cautious about selling my house to someone calling me so many times. I looked for an investor and came across Darrell.
