Wonderful services for my father while he was alive.
Deb always promised to do his taxes. But last year he died in November and I called her office numerous times to see if I could schedule a time for his taxes to be done.
I called 4 times. Left several messages.
After a month had gone by, I recieved a call from her receptionist saying that she is too busy to do my father's last taxes.
What a completely unprofessional person to make promises and not keep them.
