He developed a tailored marketing plan to give us the best possible chance of achieving a quick sale which also resulted in 2 offers over the asking price. Brendan and Ryan were also really helpful throughout the process and really took the time to find out about the property before conducting any viewings. Overall, really pleased with the service and would highly recommend the team. Fees are slightly higher than other agents but they make up for it ten fold in the service they provide.

David, Veronica and the team have been absolutely amazing through the whole journey of selling my apartment.
I can not thank them all enough. Cubitt and west are not the cheapest agent but they are worth every penny. Don’t devalue what estate agents do by picking the cheapest, you get what you pay for.

We were looking to purchase a home recently and Brendan was genuinely attentive to all of our requirements. That’s something you don’t see very often when dealing with realtors. This reflected in his professional mannerism when communicating with us. He suggested we see a property that ticked every box we could possibly think of- and it took just one telephone call! Needless to say, we loved it! Whilst sadly we didn’t end up purchasing the property (due to reasons beyond his control), we really appreciated the efforts Brendan made throughout our dealings.
