AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I was in two accidents both of which I was not at fault for! Not only did they not try and fight for me what so ever but I’m still waiting on my $500 deductible from the first accident which was almost two years ago… I even had dash cam video to prove I wasn’t at fault for the second incident and they still told me to file under my insurance instead of trying to fight for me like an insurance company should.. they never called me to follow up for a recorded statement (as that is their job not mine) but two weeks go by and they send me a letter in the mail saying they’ve been trying to contact me When ? This letter two weeks after I’ve heard from no one? Creston insurance should be ashamed of themselves! Amber is THE ONLY reliable person at that company!!

We had no idea there were "levels" to full coverage until Amber brought it to our attention. Not only were we paying more with Progressive but it was the lowest full coverage available. Creston insurance saved us a ton of money by bundling our car & homeowners & we're now getting a bigger bang for our buck with our full coverage. Thank-You Creston Insurance!!!
