If I could give this Management company 0 stars I would. I see they are still unprofessional and you never can reach them to even talk business or ask questions prior before making any sound decision. This management company that has made there crappy way to the south west side of the area. This includes Chicago Ridge, Alsip, Crestwood , Evergreen, Mt Greenwood, Midlothian, and other towns within that radius. They book apartment showings for you automated systems and sometimes they show and sometimes they don't, depending on the agent whose showing. They also book appointments to units that are occupied already by the tenant and didn't get the green light confirmed with the previous tenant who haven't left the unit yet permission to show the place while still there. This happened 2 times. So naturally your time and gas is waisted, They have all these people pull up at one time to see the place. I understand it's a protocol but why give everyone the same time frame. They don't have a number to call them, not even contact them for a listing that they post on different platform when seeking apartments that they have managed to convince owners to join there team. If there are any potential tenants or on going lookers please this is not it. Very sloppy company, or whatever they are. They charge 80 00 for application fee non refundable... So maybe that's one of the rat race reasons they continue to operate like they do. Just imagine 80.00x 10 people per day ..... Non Refundable. Hell I'm in the wrong business.... Until you clean. Your act up Crest Capital... You are trash in my book

The apartment shown looked beautiful with its appliances and good square footage-water pressure is excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but your company neglected to include all of the additional fees like $45 for electricity, etc., Application fee of $75 and 1 washer/dryer in another building-not in the same building. I plan to apply.

I had a viewing today at 2727 with Lynda(who is a male) . The building is disgusting. The mailbox’s are broken and when I asked about it he acted oblivious to it when we both came through the same door. When I asked about the mix match appliances in the bathroom he had no answer. He told me to go to the website and ask for customer service. I saw the reviews about the company having poor communication and that was my last straw. Then they piled appointments on top of each other and when I was leaving out with my son I was called rude to the next appointment coming in. He was dressed unprofessionally, the communication was a 0 , knowledge as a salesman was -10 and people skills was a -20. I did not appreciate the comment and wasting my time on this poor construction that they have on the market. RUN !!! DO NOT WALK!!! READ REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING IN!!!

Me and My husband are renters at the Antioch apartments. We love the management! They have been so kind and helpful with anything we need. Special shoutout to the property managers Quinn and Collin Kelly, they are the best. 🙌🏻

Quick feedback about an emergency I had last night. The pipes were leaking a ton of water, flooding my kitchen floor and even causing water to come out of my living room wall. I was super anxious and didn’t know what to do, so I reached out to crest capital maintenance. Dean came over and saved the day, he fixed everything quickly and did such an amazing job HUGE HUGE thanks to him for the help!

No letting me and my family renew our lease and we have been living there for 6 years. They want to renovate the unit so now I have to move my family somewhere else. They won't even give me another unit and we've been good tenants. Do not rent from this company you will see. Also, don't think you can get in touch with anyone when you try to call or email them, you are on your own.

I had a showing scheduled today at 10036 Pulaski Rd and I came all the way from downtown. (1 hr) ride and Justin never showed up. After numerous texts, calls, and emails NO response. I dont get it. Why are you guys wasting people time like this? If the unit is not available or the showing can't be had, why not say something? This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I cancelled my other appointments for two of their other units as well. Disgusting.

The unit is nice looking. However, when you call, they don’t answer the phone, yet the office says appointments only. Maintenance does not fulfill requests at times even though they are marked complete. No one comes to clean the common stairwells on a consistent schedule. There are rocks all over the side of the building as if there’s no care about the landscaping. There seems to be no system to check fire alarms or replace filters on AC units on a schedule. Basically, management needs vast improvements.
