They need to do a better job with their property. The property I live at is turning into a slum. I do not care how many times you work on exterior upgrades if the staff does not care about their tenants concerns and maintenance does not address maintenance issues in more than a week to 2 week time span I call that a slum.

Crest changed website so all auto pay was thrown out of the system. Communication was terrible. Never late and now fighting to pay my rent as fees stack up. DO NOT RENT from this company!
