The management here is just unprofessional. When I rented, there was a lady manager who was clueless and should not have been anywhere close to managing a property this good. Apartments are awesome with dryer and washers inside. Clean environment too.Management should all be fired. Owners should get proper people to run their investment.

Buyer beware! Creekstone Apartments and the management are thoroughly corrupt people, especially the main manager. I've lived in many apt complexes and this is the only one that I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY from. I'll try to make a long story short... I renewed an 11 month lease and a month later I had a couple of life changes and needed to move out and I took a new job out of state. I needed to break the new lease, but they were not the least bit understanding. I paid for the 1st month of the new lease and then moved out and turned in the keys with the apartment in better condition than when I found it (side note, they don't let you view the actual apt you'll move into, but rather they have a display apt for viewing purposes only). The main thing is they now want me to pay the 10 remaining months on the lease in one $16,000+ payment, and this with a cockroach infestation in the apt building. They put out multiple notices of the infestation and did 4 ineffective treatments by the time I moved out. Knowing them, they probably just had a maintenance worker spray a can of RAID while walking through the apt. That means this place is uninhabitable, according to their own lease agreement. They also have shoddy construction with plenty of space between walls, carpets, and crevices for roaches to live in. ALSO, the turnover rate is pretty quick. I've seen plenty of people move out of an apt with a new tenant moving in within a week or two. According to Colorado law, I'm also free from the lease when they get a new tenant moved in, yet they want to double dip and have two payments for the same apartment throughout the next year. Creekstone Apartments are beyond corrupt. Like I said, "Buyer beware!"

I and my family lived in this place for 3 years. There is a good and bad thing in this apartments. The management is really good. if there any problems in the apartment , they will fix it immediately. But the apartments are really old. for a person with allergies it would not be the best place to live in.

Last month was one year being at Creekstone for me. I actually had wanted to leave a review soon after I moved in as I was impressed right away, but thought I would wait to see how things were in the months to come. So a year later and I only have good things to say. First of all, yes this is a bit of an older apartment complex, but in my experience very clean, and well maintained. I was impressed right away with how quickly maintenance came to fix things after I made a report. Three different times I was offered same day appointments to fix issues I had reported. The ladies in the office are awesome, always organized and friendly. McKenzie is super calm and professional even when faced with a resident that isn’t so much so (spoken from personal experience due to a misunderstanding that was quickly resolved) Kiania and Katia are always on top of things it seams and follows up any time you call with an issue. Also very friendly. My only complaints I guess would be parking is not great around the back buildings. Also it’s not an easy feat if you want to move units, lots of red tape..but that is how it is with any corporate property so is to be expected. Not a fun time but the ladies in the office did their best to get everything in order and help me make it happen. In the end, this is just my personal opinion. I know everyone has a different experience, but so far I’ve had a good one here.

Phenomenal service from Luis, signed a lease with no issues. That part was great. Once we started online here the washer broke and it was 3 weeks of us spending extra money to wash clothes when they said we’re working on it. And I paid extra the units. Security does nothing about the noise and trespassing people from other complexes. Management doesn’t care about anyone there and maintenance is incompetent as they paint over everything. Good riddance will forever make sure anyone I knows does not live in this dumpster fire

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND THE MANAGER REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING FOR THE TENANTS. HORRIBLE MANAGER WHO SHOULD BE FIRED! Someone's tire rolled off their car near the road and broke my windshield. They threatened to tow me and told me I had to park it on the street. They blamed it on corporate even though it happened on their property. Then I get a comment on my review saying that's not what they said. They are not trustworthy and you should NOT live here

My partner lives here at Creekstone, however I will not share name or apartment number. I come to visit my partner about once every couple weeks. I am not here often. My partner works nights, we will spend the morning together, then they will sleep for the afternoon until early evening. So I am not bored or being loud, I tried to use the pool. Mind you there was NO ONE using it. However my partner did not have the "new code". I politely went into the office with papers, the untitled number & building number, asked if I could use the pool/lay out while they sleep. The assistant manager was very kind & said that shouldn't be a problem, I'm 49 yrs old, what do I look like trying to get into a pool area that I don't have any business at. She was going to give me the new code.....then the "Manager" spoke up and said they would have to come down into the office to prove they are a resident and had to be with me the entire time or I could not simply, quietly, JUST MYSELF lay out & cool off at the pool they PAY for each month. I could understand if I was a minor, or looked suspicious....she said once they verified residency and agreed to basically hold my hand while I'm laying out THEN I could use the empty pool during the day for maybe two hours at the most.
My partner was so pissed off, as I was because proof of residency? We both said forget it.
What is the harm for a 49yr old person visiting thier partner who works nights & would like to use the pool respectfully during occasional visits? That's ridiculous.
So now I will have to drive somewhere and pay money to use a public pool if I want to allow thenm to sleep while I visit.

I was absolutely interested in moving into this complex but with how rude the "Lead" Manager was....and a ridiculous rule for one adult that is obviously not lying, cannot use the pool that they pay for each month, then to come prove they live here?
I understand rules but this is ridiculous. I will NEVER put an application here nor refer anyone to move here.
Dear Manager: it cost NOTHING to be kind, speak kind & assess a situation & use common sense & allow an adult visitor to swim. Also not use a rude tone to a potential renter as well.
Terrible.

Lived there for a year, the place began to fall apart about a month after moving in. Dishwasher flooded. The heating system was by far the worst that I've ever encountered. There were spiders coming out from the bottom of the wall due to it having small openings. Management was horrible. The property manager Luis was rude, condescending and non empathetic and non helpful. They went through so many leasing agents. The only thing I'd say about the property is the leasing agent Talia she always helpful and was there when I moved in. She would be a great property manager over Luis. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone
