Very poor customer service , both tellers were older women with gray hair. The one with long hair and glasses spoke very nasty to me with an attitude starting with my first question! I was shocked, and offended. Bank tellers are usually friendly , but not at this Bank. This is my first time ever looking to join a credit union and she wouldn't even offer any information about annual fees , benefits, or interest rates. She slammed the clipboard down and told me to just fill it out and see what I qualify for and off the rip charge me 2$ for a paper fee lol like what. I'm not trusting them with my money , Immediately left after. Funny thing is 2 people were closing their accounts while I was there

I applied and got approved, later she tells me my score which was wrong i know because i confirmed it. I told her my score is wrong and never back from her since. They cant be trusted coz they don't care

Horrible customer service. The 2 old ladies there are very rude specially the one with glasses. I mean if they don’t like there job why are they even there in the first place. This bank need to hire new staff

I have been a member of this credit union since 1986. I have always dealt with very nice people there. They have provided every service I would ever expect a banking institution to provide. I'm not sure why the first review was so negative as this has never been my experience and I've worked with just about every one in this office over the years. I'm very happy with the people and the service.

This Credit Union ROCKS!! I have been out of the local area for many years so I cannot just pop into the office when I have business to take care of.
