Worst banking experience of my life! I used to choose credit unions for better customer service and less fees. NOT HERE!!!! CU1 acts worse than the big corporate banks! Crazy charges abound, they changed my overdraft protection option and charged more than they borrowed me! Predatory!

Service has always been quick when I have visited this location and tellers are always very professional and helpful. I came in to close out an account I no longer needed after paying off a loan and had expected it to take 20 minutes but I was in and out of the building in just over 5 minutes! Was very pleased, will definitely be back if I ever need another account.

I cannot understand how is it that it takes 45 minutes to count out change for businesses. The tellers are beginners and have no idea what they are doing. I understand short staffing but come on! The executives should work the counter and earn their raises.
