Yall need to get with that teller Alyanna or whatever her name is every time I go there she’s always got a cocky attitude .If she don’t like her job then why work there.One day imma just have to feed her that energy which won’t be nice.Y’all need to fix that girl and her attitude.No matter how nice I be she’s always giving a cocky attitude.

Banking advice I got was that if they can't pull from my credit card, they will take it from my checkings because I use my checkings to pay my credit card. Even I, who is not a teller, knows that's not how it works. I get anxiety banking here tbh. Tellers don't know what they're talking about. Just pulling straws, making mistakes on ur account.? I daydream about pulling all my money out and closing my account.

The best credit union I’ve been too so far. Staff is always kind and super helpful. I’ve had issues with my account since opening it and every time I think about going to close my account I’m greeted with the most helpful staff. Don’t get me wrong credit union is still not the best bank it’s been issue after issue. The online over the phone customer service is atrocious. Staff is a 10 at only this location. But bank is horrible still going to close my account lol

In line here now. Was going to get an account
No place to get one, no direction, so just standing in line with five others. Got to front, teller puts closed sign up. One teller now. 20 minutes to ask if I can open an account. No thanks! Can't imagine dealing with this every visit.

Keagan was unhelpful, he shouldn’t be doing customer service if he doesn’t like his job. Once I told him what I wanted, he made it seem like he couldn’t help me at all & passed me to another Agent & once inside the CU1 building a lady named Ong was very helpful, & even gave me info about other ways to accomplish what I came to the bank for. Keagan didn’t ask or verify what address I wanted my card sent to & There was a way w/ a manager to look at my address change history but he didn’t . & leaning that I never approved an address change, & having the same address on file for 4 yrs & having bank statements send to that same address they claim wasn’t the address on my account & the fact he didn’t even help me in any way to resolve the problem. SHOUT OUT TO ONG! She did her thing & I left a happy customer. The address that’s been on my account for 4 yrs was changed to the address on my ID on 4/8/23 & during the drive thru I never approve an address change & not only did I waste my time & gas going through the drive thru for Keagan’s help but I wasted even more time trying to fix the mess that happened.

Zya was the most helpful and wonderful person ever. I was getting a loan for my vehicle and it took a little longer than expected. The Bank was already closed, but Zya Butler stayed in and helped me get my Loan completed. Zya took the time and effort to efficiently assist me with eveything that I needed. I also have to give my gratitude to the CU1 Team, for staying in late for me. Will forever be my go to bank. Thank you CU1.

I have been a long time member of this bank, but went in to deposit a check that listed my new married name and was told I would need my marriage certificate in order to deposit it—otherwise I would have been turned away after waiting in the long line forever. I’ve never encountered this issue before with other banks but apparently the supervisor is the one enforcing these rules. I seem to keep having issues with this bank lately and I’m honestly not impressed by the customer service anymore. Years ago it was great— lately it has been hit or miss.

Victoria Vue helped me with an auto loan. I’ve never had a loan experience so seamless and easy. She was very attentive and efficient with our out of state transaction, making a stressful situation easy.
