I had an outstanding experience at this branch thanks to Jarrett Whitehead, the branch manager. He went above and beyond to assist me with an unusual request as a co-op shared account holder. He had to track down my account number, which wasn’t an easy task. Despite it being after hours Jarrett stayed well past closing time to ensure I received my cashiers check. His patience, kindness and positive attitude made all the difference. He never gave up and worked tirelessly to make it happen.
Nick, one of the associates was also incredibly courteous and worked alongside Jarrett to ensure everything was taken care of before I left. At any point Jarrett could have asked me to come back the next day, but he showed remarkable dedication by staying 30 minutes past closing to ensure I was helped. I was genuinely impressed by his tenacity and commitment to customer service. I highly recommend this branch for its exceptional service!

My bank is in California so I use Credit Union 1 in Henderson Nevada . I needed a cashier's check to purchase a car. I am 66 years old and was confused about processing my banks email. The cashier's name is Dria at the St. Rose branch. Her outstanding customer service put me at ease. And through my phone she processed my email varification for me.
She is a lovely young lady and was very respectful. Union 1 is indeed very lucky to have her in their employment. Thank you for all your help Dria.

I had the best experience in a long time at Credit Union 1 today!!! My teller Dria was so helpful with my request even though I complicated it with my own honest mistake. She reassured me that I would be perfectly fine and she handled the transaction!!! She also was very engaging and I felt like a lifetime member even though I was just stopping in for a Co-Op transaction.
