I have used her services for the last couple of years before when it was with Olivia. No major issues with taxes until these last 2 years, I was charged 300$ for doing my taxes, I provided all income documentation and a year later I get an IRS letter saying I owe 2,000 for not providing my husbands unemployment award letter back in 2022. I asked her multiple times what was going on? I payed her for a service that she screwed up and didn't own up to it. She ignored my messages and said she was looking into it. She claimed I never gave her the award letter. She has previously made mistakes and errors on my taxes during the years with wrong social security's # on my paperwork due to talking to much so I know she lost the unemployment letter in the process.It was never made right in this situation. Would not recommend unless you like getting surprised by IRS YEARS LATER!

So l hate to have to do this cuz I usually don't but l have no option I did my tax with Crystal Rico from Corning and have not got a refund return which is uncommon I always get them like 5 days after, on my state return I have never been able to get access to it and she event sent it through mail went with another tax prep and he said they were done wrong.I have been trying to get in contact with her to help me out and get nothing but rude answers can someone advocate on what I can do?My patience is over.lve asked her several of times to see when she filled and never answers..Ived asked around and people that have got them done by her said the sparingly apear in her bank account or never get there refund PLEASE WATCH OUT!!! She even blocked me so I can't have communication nor can solve this issue BIG FRAUD!!
