Got a place in a day!! Extremely grateful! Moving was such a smooth process. Emily was super helpful in providing useful information from the very beginning.

My only “complaint” was moving into a place that wasn’t cleaned (pet fur everywhere & my AC not working properly.) But a home is better than no home! Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with CPM!

Great experience so far. Christina and Melanie (and James) went above and beyond when elping me finding a rental. There is a lot of support with this company as well. I needed a few repairs done in my unit upon moving in... Melanie put a work order in and repairs were done the following day.

I would definitely recommend this property management company. They're very responsive, friendly, and fair.

The staff at the cpm in grants pass is willing to go above an beyond for there new renters! Melanie went above an beyond to show us a home she just recieved b4 it was even added to ther system! Apprecate this so much! She was willing to do the same with the process through the whole thing they have worked with us to verify all our income an previous rentals. Even thought the pacific screening company when they needed more info she asked what would work so we could provied the proper infromation to get approved! Amazing staff in this office thank you for helping us 1 step at a time!!

Very friendly and professional until the rental documents are signed. I told them about a mold issue; the fact that it's making me sick, and no workorder was made after the initial maintenance check. Instead, they served me a 30 day notice. I'm thankful I have the money to move again after only being there 6 months, but this could be awful for a struggling family! They literally don't care about their tenants or the upkeep of their properties. Even my dog is sick!!! I've documented everything through mold tests and seeing my doctor about my symptoms. They don't respond to my emails anymore, and I'm so glad I'm with friendlier property management company that cares about how they treat other human beings.
