I've used Carolyn at CPA-On-Call for 5+ years now, and have always had a great experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. I know it's different for everyone, but I've gotten a good refund every year, and never feel like I'm overpaying each paycheck. She's never made errors on my taxes, nor has she not asked the right questions to ensure I'm not leaving any money on the table. Beyond her just being flat out good at her job, she is a very engaging and likeable person who has shown that she cares about my family. I'd recommend Carolyn and CPA-On-Call to anyone.

She possesses exceptional knowledge and professionalism with a personal touch that you wouldn’t get with large corporate companies where you are just one of thousands to them. Carolyn is the best there is! I've been using her for over a decade and have referred her to at least a dozen of my closest friends and family members. She's been in the business for a long time, knows the right questions to ask and how to provide proper council to her clients. I have never sent her a referral that didn't RAVE about their tax return afterwards. You may pay a premium to have her work your return, however the level of expertise and service provided far outweigh any price objections you may have. Make sure to schedule your appointment early as she is in high demand turning tax season and not afraid to turn down new or pushy business!

We've had our taxes completed by Carolyn Clark at CPA-On-Call for the last 3 years and we will never go back to them. Because of negligence in collecting all of the necessary documents, I was audited by the IRS and had to pay back taxes. Any CPA would have noticed that there was an employment gap and had seen that a W-2 was missing. In addition to the audit, we were also informed by Carolyn Clark that she could not offer us financial advice on how to set up our withholding for next year in order to maximize our return. We were informed that it's not her job and to just "read the forms". Similarly, we received quite a bit of attitude and little patience when reviewing our forms with her. With the fact that Carolyn is the owner, we will never return, but find someone that is competent and helpful. I just hope that I don't get audited from the 2017 tax year we had her complete as well.
