Haley and Aaron have been so helpful to us as new homeowners. They were on top of all of the paperwork and took the time to make sure we really understood everything. They also got us a great rate that everyone in the office on closing day was raving about!
When a tree fell on our car, they made sure that we were first doing okay, and then made sure we knew this was not something we needed to worry about, and they handled everything for us in such a timely manner. Again, they made sure we understood each part of the process.
They work patiently and quickly all at the same time, which is beyond helpful in stressful situations. I know my family will always be well taken care of with Haley and Aaron and the whole CoverLink team!

Haley is absolutely wonderful to work with. She contacted us about our renewal process and explained to us about our upcoming renewal and has answered all our questions in a very timely manner and with such clarity! Aaron has also help us make decisions and answered any questions that we have had regarding our insurance policies and is very knowledgeable. Friendly people. But they must have more than enough clients. Cause I have called two locations. The one on West Jefferson the agent never called me back at all. The second one is in Bellefontaine the agent did call me back and get my information to make the quote but has never called me back with the quote....
