Zack is amazing! Very knowledgeable on the health insurance! He takes the time to listen to your needs and then finds the best insurance for you and he explains it to you very thoroughly in language that anyone would be able to understand. I highly recommend Zack Jervis!

To my surprise, I had a wonderful experience choosing health insurance! John met with me on Zoom since I live in NJ and he made the experience easy. He was patient and helped me understand that I have more choices than I thought and he answered all my questions. John guided me through the process so I could make a better choice for the insurance that fits my needs better. Now I can choose the doctors and care I want not what is in the network. The staff has followed up with me as well. I have already referred Cover Cinci to a few friends and family. Thanks, John!

Ashton did a great job of explaining possible plans and option for me and my kids. He was able to answer my questions and give me feedback on the different options. He was able to help me with specifics of making good decisions about our plans
