Hours of business not updated properly, we came on a Saturday, attempted to call during noted open hours and no answer , no signage indicating the business either.

Absolutely the worst AllState agent we had in our 20 years with Allstate. We dropped the ball on our last payment before renewal and didn't realize its implications. This agent didn't so much as call us. The insurance lapsed. We attempted to correct the problem and was told by Mr Woods office that Allstate doesn't owe us anything. Way to go guys, surprised you are still in business.

I always have to leave voicemails in order to get assistance. I have yet to call and speak with a live representative. Also, as I drive less and the year if my vehicle gets older my rates go up. Not pleased at all.
