Avoid at all costs. Company will make changes to your policy without informing you then tell you to just deal with it when you find our. Had been with American Family for years and when my agent was changed everything else changed with them. Payment amount, billing method, deductible, etc. Horrible customer service. Disorganized and dishonest company. Glad to be done with them.
