Just moved in and really enjoying it.

Yvette the property manager, made everything easy and she's been very responsive to questions. The landscaping is well maintained, and the sole apt maintenance item we had was corrected the first time.

Yvette was amazing. She made my wife, and I feel like we were at home. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of making Cortland North our home. The apartment was clean and ready before the expected day of our move.

Think carefully if you want to move in to this community.
We have moved here about 3 months ago. Only 3 months but we have to sent the service request 8 times. alot of things inside broken, water leak on the floor, the bath tub did not works, alot. Today they come to fix the issue, they took everything apart then left, now today is 2nd day and still, ask them when will u guys fix the problems, they only said waiting from property manager to solve my issue. we can not take shower bcuz the water leak on the floor. Tried to called them but very rare for them to pick up the phone..Called 10 times but may be they pick up the phone only 1 times. The rent for my unit for 2 bathrooms/1 bath is almost 1k9. rent is expensive but not worthiest. My payment rent when I sign the contract only for 1k6 somthing but after the community fee and all of that always come out close to 2k. We are not happy to move here, Looking to find somewhere else to move out, Now I know why since we moved in, We saw a lot of tenant move out before their lease contract end too. I will contact the cortland headquater to ask them help me if they are still ignored me.

Moving into my new apartment has been a fantastic experience, largely thanks to Yvette Arvizu in the leasing office. She made the entire process smooth and easy, addressing all my questions and concerns right away. The apartment itself is bright, modern, and exactly what I hoped for. I’m thrilled with my new home and incredibly grateful for Yvette’s help.

Yvette gave me the tour for Cortland North Tucson. She is very professional, welcoming and considerate. I had a great tour and liked the community immediately.

I had another two tours in the same area on the same day but didn’t like them much. All three places has a price for 2B2B for around 1700-1900 monthly, great and brand-new amenities, great pool and gym. The inside structures were actually similar. However, I love that this apartment complex has many trees, flowers and lawns. Not just cactus and buildings like the other two apartment complexes. What’s more, there are 4 different grocery stores just around the corner including Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and sprouts farmers market.

And I’m very happy that it was Yvette who gave me the tour. The vibe she gave out was more like a friend instead of an agent. In the end of day, I came back and signed a lease! I’m very excited about moving into this apartment complex!

Their renovations didn't take, the floor is done wrong in every unit and the deep sink is below the outlet drain in the wall. They tried to fix our problems but they made it worse every time. Most people live in silence and fear of the maintenance people and move out before their lease is up. More than a quarter of the units are currently vacant.

Yvette Arvizu has made this move truly wonderful! From the tour to paperwork, Yvette was attentive, kind and caring. She made sure our place was perfect for us on move in day. The apartment is everything we hoped for and we truly thank Yvette for welcoming us to the community!

Beautiful grounds (along with the view of the Catalina Mountains), and the feeling of home is astonishing (love the wood-style flooring). The place is charming!

The only reason the score is not perfect? True, the monsoon has done damage metro-Tucson city-wide - selfishly though, it is concerning to see the branches snap off - and the car nearby. Fortunately nothing has happened, but it feels like when, not if. I suggest a tree expert is brought on, and allowed to do what needs to be done to be sure that cars are not in any danger. (the entire property). Nature is unpredictable and has the last say, yet if anything is preventable, that should be done!
