I had great service at Copper State in Anthem, I was greeted upon entry and was kindly directed where to go by Isabella. I had a meeting to open an account and Skylar was extremely helpful and got me all setup and squared away. I had some troubles and he was quick to handle them and get me taken care of. Great environment and employees, 100% recommend the Anthem branch.

I went into Copper State Credit Union yesterday in Anthem with the sole purpose of finally taking the time to get a Copper State folder, and to get rid of Deer Valley Credit Union folder. Matthew was the person who invited me to his desk to find out what I needed. Once he established my account information, he looked at my accounts, and could see immediately that most of my funds were just making pennies in interest. He informed me that I could switch to a High Yield savings account, and make some interest. Then I realized I had not set up a death beneficiary. That is important. and you never know. Matthew set everything up for me, is very personable, is professional, knowledgeable, went beyond what I had expected of my visit to Copper State Credit Union. I was really happy when I left there, and Matthew did a very good job with getting everything taken care of.

Excellent job Anthem branch! Abby & Amy did an amazing job! Super helpful and great customer service!

I’ll be closing all other credit Union accounts and come directly to Copper State CU moving forward. Solely due to that teams amazing customer service and friendly attitude.

You need to be careful with this Credit Union. ATMs at multiple locations are unreliable. One took my money and then canceled out the deposit for no reason. I recovered the money, but they had to track down the "problem" and it took a week. Another took in the money, then returned it and the screen read there was no record of money being inserted. Yet the ATM did know to return money it didn't have. Weird.

Not only were we able to help us close on time, but they went above and beyond to make my clients comfortable and make their home-buying process hassle-free.

The loan officer, Eric Allen, met with us on Saturday and helped guide us through the application process with his knowledge and genuine care. Kim, Mary, and Shelly from the processing department made sure to communicate with me and my clients frequently, keeping us informed and making sure our files were up to date from start to finish.

I am truly grateful for Copper State, and I would highly recommend them to all my family members, friends, and clients! Thank you!

I do not find myself often giving a five-star review, but the Anthem branch of Copper State credit Union deserves a sixth star! The entire Anthem staff is very friendly to the point you feel like family and very accommodating. Their knowledge and willingness to help you with all your needs is above and beyond. It seems difficult to find stellar service these days so they really shine ? Thank you it is a pleasure to be able to do business with you and I look forward to more in the future
