Great customer service! You aren't treated like just another number here. They also have an app which allows me to do some cool stuff. They are also on point for security. They go above and beyond on that. So if you're not prepared for a lil extra hassle for your own good, then they may not fit you. But I've been with them for about 8 years and they have had my back a couple times when they didn't have to and I appreciate it.

WHERES THE 6TH STAR!?
I've been with coosa pines for a few years now and they have been a true blessing to me by helping me refinance my truck back then when I needed it most. Everyone there is awesome to deal with, BIG THANKS TO BRITTANY for helping me refinance my camper.
Anybody out there wanting to try a new bank or hesitant about this place I can promise you you got nothing to worry about they offer so much help especially in these times!
Thank God for coosa pines and thanks again Brittany for all the help with the camper!

I had to have some help with my account, I had the most helpful young lady help me her name was Marley. I came thur the down she had the big smile on her face and asked me could she help me. I have been a member since the early 80’s! I just heard some sad news that Stephanie Tyler in Member Services is leaving after many years with Coosa Pines. I want to congratulate her on her new job but I’m going to miss that lady! I know she will be a huge asset for the new position in her life! She always has a smile on her face! I’ve been with CP since a kid, but today was different. I have always had great service, but today Emily Martin went above and beyond to help me, all that she could. HANDS. DOWN. BEST. SERVICE. she needs a raise, seriously. She didn’t have to do all that she did for me today. Never met her before today, but will recommend her to everyone I know!

Incompetent in every way. Not at all helpful. They are thieves ( charged me for someone else's account they said i was responsible for and have no idea how to keep someone from taking a few thousand from my account, although I had my checks and debit card in hand. The amount was crazy, ? $2567.00 , that's 2 housepayments! this however occurred several times. The hacks scared me!

I was scammed for a pretty good bit of money! I was told to call my bank! I called & the lady that answered was very nice & told me to come talk to member services & she would take care of it! Member service lady told me there was nothing they could do about it! I thought Coosa Pines stood behind this!

Ok i get so aggravated when i have a problem and can't get a live human being on the phone, even when u call tge branch phone number u still get that recording that doesn't have the option to (SPEAK TO SOMEONE), However with that being said I gotta say this is a really good place to do business with, i have had checking accounts with a couple different banks but my husband accidentally overdrawn my account by $1.04, when I finally got to speak to a real live person she said they wouldn't charge me an overdraft fee that when my direct deposit came in it would only deduct the amount overdrawn,... this has never happened at any of the 5 other banks and probably never will
Thank u Coosa Pines for NOT being like the others!

Now get some direct branch numbers with no prerecorded bs.....im just saying ?
