AVOID!!!!!! Evelyn is smart.... but very difficult to get a response from. Calls and emails are ignored. After one return I'm switching accountants.

I am a minister, and Cook’s website touted experience working with clergy. I took the bait, to the tune of an $1100.00 bill for my taxes. Once they got their money, they literally stopped all communication. I attempted to contact them 3 times via email and left 3 voicemails to Ms Cook herself. Never once did Cook contact me. Never, even from the beginning. It was all through an assistant, Heather, who apparently quit. After a total of 6 attempts at contacting Cook with questions, with literally no response, I am convinced that her company is shoddy at best, and now I worry whether my taxes will be botched. Do not use this company. It’s terribly disappointing when they boast of expertise and yet completely abandon their clients once they get their payment. Lesson learned.
