Extremely quick and professional team that has your back! Every experience I have had with every member of this team has been excellent and I wouldn't use any other company.

They are professional and help me to navigate through all of my policies and quotes when needed. They are always friendly.

I have worked with many insurance agents before and I have never received such efficient, responsive and over-all top-notch care. If I have a question and/or concern they respond immediately. I do not just receive a standard response, they always have an innovative solution too! I would recommend Continental Insurance Agency hands down!! They knows how to take care of their clients and have knowledge about the industry inside and out - an absolute Insurance Expert! Thank you for all of your help throughout the years CIA.

I have been with Continental Insurance Agency, Inc for 3+ years. I am currently insured with Progressive. Continental Insurance Agency, Inc is not prompt when informing you about your policy due dates or with helping you save money long term. I have requested the staff via text to quote me with their other insurances, but my text was not responded to.

This agency always has staff going in and out of the office that it's hard for them to pick up where the previous representative left off. Clients are not being cared for and suggestions on saving more money is definitely not something that is discussed either. I tried to reach them to cancel my policy and they did not answer the phone.

I am paying double being insured with Progressive via Continental Insurance Agency, Inc. I've now obtained a new policy directly from Progressive and I am going to be paying half the price.

It makes more sense to go to the Progressive Insurance website directly to get a quote and do everything yourself rather than having unreliable agents.

I do not recommend this agency to my friends or family just go to progressive.com
