They are unethical immoral individuals who run a shady property management company. They stole my rent that was paid online thru yardi. Locked me out of my rent cafe account . Embarased me by stating that i was evicted when i wasnt. MARIA THEN presented a false payment ledger to the courts and what they had superceeded my credit card payments IT WAS MY CC THAT WAS USED FOR MY RENTAL PAYMENTS NOT SOLARIS.
IT WAS A ILLEGIAL EVICTION and they attempted to paint me as a liar in court and in person. Randi the sr property manager is a liar who sent me certified mail two money orders that were not mine. The company is doing alot more but i wont metion that.
They will rent to you and if they see a opportunity they will humiliate and steal from you!!!
PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THEM. ITS SAD...I WORKED HARD AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I OWN ..AT XMAS NO LESS..
