Do not bank with them. I had a carloan with 9% interest rate. So they weren't doing me a favor. I pais 413 a month for a basic kia optima. They got the best of me. I had a 6 year term. After 5 years of not missing a payment I sold my car and sent them the check to payoff account. That was 3/2/2020. The check was sent overnight and they recieve it 3/3/2020. On 3/17 they stated they still didn't have the check. On 4/7 another check was sent FedEx over night. They lost that check as well. Now 2 months later my account is still open. They took a payment from me during this time which they should have never taken and refuse to return it. And now noone is doing anything about it. I been trying to pay them off for 2 months and they lost 2 checks. Everytime I call witch has been over 100 x over 2 months only answer I get is we don't have an answer for you. I am so upset I ever even gave them 1 dollar in interest. Super annoyed us an understatement. Meanwhile my credit score is being affected and they won't return my money they took and won't close the account. Incompetent from bank teller to ceo is an understatement
