I love the people in the bank! Very sweet and helpful! However, every time I have called with issue during the Weekend no one is available. I work on front lines during virus and cant get help. My stimulus package has been denied 9 times because the IRS doesn't recognize this bank among many other sights venmo& zelle. I wanted a small bank to communicate easier. I'm a single mom and just need answers or help. I was hung up on by Alicia. Dont get me wrong the people in the branch are wonderful! Calling center is not. They shut my card off in August 2019 I'm still waiting because they failed to order a new one.
