Our experience with Community First was amazing! Miriam was extremely patient and helpful. Even though our process took longer because of personal reasons, Miriam and her team did not give up on us, and we were able to close and complete. Outstanding service from the whole team, from Jenene, the branch manager and the two tellers,( a perfectly wonderful team;) They always have a smile and go out of their way to help.
I’ve come in with a lot of changes in my life and I’ve had a lot of paperwork that had to be done and all was done quickly and professionally. From the first call to the Credit Union the staff was so pleasant and went out of their way to assist me with answering numerous questions,to booking an appointment. We I walked in the branch door I was greeted by staff with a hello and smile. My appointment was with Miriam G and she greet in the same manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received and her attitude, bless her heart she was very patient with me while opening 6 different accounts. I left there feeling like a family member. I would recommend this Credit Union to anyone. I would give them a 12 on a score of 1-10. Thanks for wondering service
