I first "met" CBB when they assisted my business seamlessly through the financial jungle created by COVID. Their customer service was personal and genuine. I now recommend them to all my business friends and clients. Recently a non-profit with whom I work was in need of an emergency line of credit on a very short turn around time. It seemed impossible, but remembering how great they had been I gave it a try. Although I was asking for a lot, they jumped on it. The commitment of the individual bankers and staff made it happen. They are not just a great business bank, but a true community bank. I cannot imagine that another bank would go the extra mile as they did. They are the embodiment of their mission, to serve the community.
