Horrible company to deal with. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. There are no apps for your policy and you cantor even change your plan on the their website. Took need a week just to contact them and cancel my policy. They also charged my debit card for an extra month of my policy, this was after I removed my payment info from their website. So summer how they still retained my card info after t I had removed it!

Not my insurance, they’re the insurance of the person who hit me and it’s been a hell of an experience. Have never heard from anyone working my case. Constantly call and get no where. I get the famous “we will call you back when we have answers” and I never ever receive any calls back. If someone hits your car and they have this insurance, just save yourself the trouble and buy a new car instead.
