This company is such a SCAM and the people here truly SUCK! I am one of the original owners of the property they are managing. People here are absolutely unprofessional, unresponsive and unorganized. They incredibly lack processes, communication and organization. I would NEVER recommend this company.

People who have paid on time for 20+ years are getting collection notices even when they pay on time. They take 20 days after they receive payment to process them and immediately send out collection notices that are not justified. They force people to use their own online payment systems for set up fee and monthly charge for each payment. Many homeowners have complained to the HOA Board and CIMS for months and its always the same answer: Gee, we're really sorry.

If you are a Board Member looking to hire this company, think twice!

Impossible to get a hold on anyone.
Their online portal doesn't work. You can not access the service request to look into details even.
It's a perfect "home owner management" company to keep them silent.
