this is by far the worst Banking experience ever, their website is a joke. The customer service is horrific. They make it impossible to set up direct deposit as well as pay your bill. Every other month, I can’t get into my account. I’ve had to sit on the phone for hours just to pay a bill.. If you ever see their name on any loan AVOID!!!!!!!! It will hurt your credit score for absolutely no reason. I wish I never had a deal with them, but I’ve learned my lesson

Great place to do business. Oliver Brodston is a loan officer there is sooper good at what he does. I have taken about 6 loans there, personal and auto and all went through so easy, dont get better than this. Will defiantly recommend this branch

This is the worst credit union ever the employees and policies in place are crooked, they will not work with you! Save your self the trouble DONT do business with them!! Go somewhere else !!

I really wanted my banking to be through a credit union. I chose Columbine because I have my car loan through them, but my experience hasn’t been good and I will be cancelling my checking account. My check doesn’t go into my account until like 10am on my payday, deposits take longer than they should, and if you try calling on a Saturday it says their office is closed when it clearly says online they are open.

They’re bad, but not the worst. Their app doesn’t work. If you’re ahead of your payments, they’ll just stop sending you statements (can be a good thing). They will never answer their phone, if you have a question about the app, they wont pick up the phone. If you need to make a payment on the loan, they wont pick up. You can leave messages and they wont respond. The only good thing I can say about this credit Union is that their shared branch payment is pretty good. It’s convenient to make payments through other credit unions, with the exception, you can’t pay off your loan. You have to contact columbine to make the last payment

I financed a motorcycle through a dealer that uses Columbine Federal. Columbine makes it incredibly difficult to payoff your loan - you can't do it online if the balance is over $3,000 and they charge you fees to do a wire transfer. The only way is to waste time and drive to their branch to pay it off in person.
