I honestly and sincerely think that this bank deserves less than one star because they do not have the category and type of people they need to work based on their role, as people they are a disgusting person for treating clients very badly, especially a woman who has her She has black hair and is brunette, she looks a little Latin, but I honestly don't think she is. She behaved in a horrendous and very racist way. The truth is, I wouldn't recommend this bank. It's better to go to the US Bank, which is almost next to them. They don't even treat you well. They don't. comparison here!! Better not waste your time here on Umpqua Bank.

These people are horrible and they lie BIG TIME. I received an inheritance check from my grandparents and they rejected it because my last name was different on the check. Okay my bad, they told me how to fix it which I DID but they froze my account and I’m under investigation for fraud even though there was absolutely 100% ZERO FRAUD. I got another check in the correct name and they refused it even AFTER I did what I was told. They were rude, treated me like a fool and wasted a ton of my time. My rent check was returned and I’m in trouble now because of THEM. Don’t go here EVER! They will screw you over without thinking twice about it

I recently visited this branch on two occasions and was assisted by Cory. He was very friendly and helped with a couple of changes to me and my husband's accounts. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and helpful attitude.
Thanks Cory!

Went in with an elderly friend to assist her with her banking. We are under quarantine and although not one other person in bank, we were left standing and exposed to virus while a twenty something girl sat at her desk, yapping on the phone and ignoring us. My friend had made an appt with her earlier to meet, despite this girls comprehensive lunch schedule, so was surprised to be left standing for so long and exposed for unnecessary amount of time. When the bank worker finally got off phone, she proceeded to shuffle papers for another full 5 minutes while we stood about 8 feet from her desk. I have to assume this was some minimum wage worker power play? When she FINALLY gave us her attention, she was rude, very condescending and scolded my elderly friend from giving her debit card to dish satellite! What is your debit card for if not to use? She actually threatened her, told her she would help her today but if she continued to use her card, there would be charges. Transaction was so rude, condescending and out of line I will recommend my small town neighbors to take their money elsewhere.
