One state management? Or Columbia asset management? Two names? A bit suspicious ?. Want a good association for your apt? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don’t follow lease rules but us as tenants have to. One of the lady at the office is super rude and unprofessional. They make you pay extra when you are late one day for rent. But did they pay me extra when I waited more than 30 days for my security deposit? Nah. When you trying to contact them, they don’t answer the calls or emails, had to call from a completely different number and I got an answer immediately. Not very nice from them. If I could put negative start I would.. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANNA HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Have been renting here for 3 years, Oscar is fantastic, the place is always up kept and all the issues are attended to right away. Really great management. I have 3 friends already that moved in every year after me and they love it as well. Highly recommend. One of the few honest and caring management companies on South Beach.

Columbia Mgmt. has illegally refused return of TWO MONTH'S RENT DEPOSIT after we followed lease instructions and verbal confirmation from management representatives to withdraw from our lease. They take advantage of people living outside Florida.

Total sleaze-bags. Took my deposit, with the agreement I could get it back if we didn't agree on terms before move-in date. Ended up deciding not to move in before "move-in date"... and they kept my deposit anyway.

Watch your back if you're dealing with Oscar.

Completely illegal... They are asking us to add money for us to get the place...I called and they are telling me like call again tomorrow and a lot of excuse..The managers name over the automatic incoming call is different from the calling card they gave me. DON'T WORK WITH THEM!,,,,,,,
