I have had a series of disappointing experiences with Real Property Management Colorado. Despite their claims of professionalism and efficiency, I found their services to be lacking in several critical areas:

Communication: The communication with this company has been terrible. They never return phone calls and seem uninterested in helping or finding solutions. Email is the only way to reach them, and even then, they offer no real assistance or resolutions to issues. At one point, we were owed over $10,000 as we waited for our rent deposit to be returned, and we were also forced to pay two months' rent as a penalty for breaking our lease due to a work relocation. The lack of support during this process was incredibly frustrating.

Transparency: There was a lack of clarity in billing and fees, with unexpected charges appearing without prior explanation.

Given these challenges, I cannot recommend their services to other property owners or tenants seeking reliable property management. My experience has left me deeply disappointed. Stay away from them.

Colorado Realty and Property Managment has managed our rental property for a number of years, during this time the property has always been rented to quality tenants, coordinated any maintenance work when necessary, and kept us apprised with timely status updates. I've been a multi-family rental property owner for over 20 years. I have had some average experiences with two previous management companies, but I will say that COPRM is significantly better in nearly every way. They have diligent and dedicated specialists in each aspect of property management - marketing/leasing, accounting, utilities, maintenance, etc. They handle day-to-day operations and address any issues that arise efficiently and effectively - even when those efforts become fairly large in scope or complexity. Communication has been consistently good as well, which is no easy feat. I would recommend them highly to any property owner whether newer or established.
