If you are looking to sell your house, I highly suggest working with Zack and Jason. We were in a pickle and needed to find a quick cash offer. Zack and Jason saved the day. Call Zack! He is fair, efficient, and great to work with. There is always a trade off when deciding whether to do the legwork and renovations, etc yourself and put the house up for sale so you can get market value or just turn it over to a flipper who you know is going to give you less than market value but give you the convenience of an “as-is” sale that can be closed on quickly. I was leery about going with any flipper who’s only in it for the flip but Zack genuinely wants his flips to be a “win-win” situation for both seller and buyer. His approach made the process “pain-free” and I could focus on the things that needed my full attention and not dread having to tackle the house sale later when life got back to my normal pace
