My Sellers, no fault of their Property received 5 Contracts at different times 4 of which were flakes. Jennifer Bannon and Terri Dames worked with us and the potential Buyers each time professionally. Lucky number 5 went to the finish line, due to Jennifer's vacation Krystle Cervantes stepped in with Marcia Wallis' guidance, supported my Sellers/myself through an afternoon hoping the Lender would come through.....3 days later once the Lender got their act together we Closed. So grateful to all the Colorado Professionals Title staff no matter whose hands were on our file it was seamless. Very Professional Title Company.

Their lack of Professional service makes a day that should be a celebration and turns it into a struggle. I'm a 40 year veteran realtor and understand everyone has a rough day. But this was not a bad day. It is just incompetence. My out of state Buyer made extra effort to get all the closing documents signed and return two days before closing. I called to confirm they were available for a simple agent signing and closing docs would be available before I made the 1.5 hour drive to their office. I waited in their office almost an hour before they informed me they couldn't find the file. After lunch I returned and it still took another 30 minutes. My client called me repeatedly all day to hear the good news and all I could say is they are working on it. No listing agent, no Seller, no communication. The listing agent from the same office didn't even have the curtsey to return my calls as to when the Seller would sign. In the end they were to Fed X my check and final docs but all I got was an emailed that Fed X doesn't deliver to my office. However, I received a Fed X deliver from Florida that very morning. No apology, no concern for my time, no communication to my client that the closing was done. I recommend any agent selling a listing with RE/MAX Professionals to advise your Buyer to pay for their own title insurance and reduce the purchase price accordingly.

I strongly suggest avoiding Colorado Professionals (and their rebrand as Canyon Title). Aggie and Marcia were highly unprofessional, failed to make payments as dictated per the contract, and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. After 52 emails, Colorado Professionals have still not resolved my situation and have been a nightmare to track down.

If you have to put "Professionals" in your branding, you are anything but professional. That was our experience with this title company. Poor communication, huge mistakes, held checks, delayed closing, and more! Just a nightmare. Spoke directly with the listing agent and seriously questioned their judgement as to why this was their preferred title company.
