My son and I had a wonderful experience here over the weekend. He opened a few new accounts and we dealt with Janine who was super friendly & helpful. I had my auto loan here for years and didn't interact with them too often as I made my payment each month online or in the drive up but we found the staff efficient, knowledgeable and everyone had smiles. Super busy & they were taking care of every customer very quickly.

In January $1300 was taken from me off my cash app, from my debit card, not the routing and account number. One horrible man kept calling me back acting like different people saying it was my fault. They flagged it and called me from fraud department but CCU refused to reimburse. Now I get more charges and they are trying to tell me I did a trial for something even though I have not and there was multiple charges. I’ve banked with them over 20 years and this is how they treat their customers. I’m a single mom who doesn’t have the means to just keep getting money taken from me in a bank I’m supposed to trust with my money. This company is awful. Again, both times this happened, they’re the ones who notified me first then refused to reimburse me. Instead tell me to contact the companies for reimbursement.

This has to be the worst financial institution around. Awful service, hidden fees, disorganized, unproffessional staff. One terrible experience after another. All of the staff needs some serious training and coaching. This credit union is an absolute joke.

Since becoming a member of Colorado Credit Union (years ago), my wife and I have had nothing but exceptional experiences. My most recent experiences were with Madelin Hughes (in-branch rep.) and Justin Rea (loan rep.). Both individuals provided me with excellent customer service for my banking needs. I would highly recommend Colorado Credit Union - they are there for you in ways the big banks simply can't be. Thanks CCU!

Colorado Credit Union has been great! We worked with Lorrie Shultz and the mortgage team to purchase a home and had a fantastic experience, Lorrie was extremely responsive and knowledgable, and CCU rates and fees were far below anybody else, highly recommend!

I recently applied for an auto refinance and a credit card. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received. I applied for my auto refinance online and within one business day I was contacted by an associate. She assisted me in getting my refinance approved within a couple of days and also assisted with my credit card application. The service was fast and IMPECCABLE. I was offered products that fit my specific needs and the staff are friendly, helpful and always available when I had questions. I'm so glad I've become a member of this credit union. We have used the Colorado Credit Union for multiple loans over the years, including a house loan, various car loans, and personal loans. They have been an excellent resource for our family.
Recently, we worked with Madison Wesley at the Littleton Branch to obtain a classic car loan. This is not an easy loan to obtain. Madison made the experience easy. She was wonderful to work with, professional, and very proactive in keeping us informed. It was one of our best experiences with a lending agency and we will use them again.
