I have now been with Coakley Insurance for several years and they are very professional, knowledgable and just as important available and responsive. Personally, I have worked with Ron Brown for many years and he always provides the highest level of service. Upon renewal he has been able to guide me with renewals and show value. Even when I have shopped for better rates I've always come back to Team Coakley. Additionaly, their office manager is friendly and smart and also upholds a high level of customer service.

Its comforting to know should I need to utilize my insurance I know it will be handled with care and speed and Coakley Insurance Group will ensure my families needs are meet.

The service that I received the very 1st time that I called should have told me to try another agency, but no because everyone is entitled to a bad day. 1st call the receptionist or whoever answers there calls seems very rude, agitated and a bit overwhelmed !!! she was not pleasant at all and she happens to be the center of the business the 1st person that you see or speak with. I think that her name was Sarah
Sarah took down my information and stated that she would have someone to give me a call back.
That agent called me back later on that day, his name was Ron,
Ron appeared to be at first glance on his job but a week later and about 6 or 7 calls that I placed out back to him still no insurance not even a quote. Now the last time I had spoken with Ron I knew that it was time to search for another agent, and I did that same day I got a quote and the next day a policy was created after doing a few things.
I waited for Ron to give me a call back as he stated that he would do 5 or 6 times before the last call however he did not, which brings me to the final!!! The Audacity call!!!!
I called to see if they had a website so that I could write a review on the horrible service that I had received but when I called the receptionist / Sarah exact words were " Mam I have no idea what it is that you are asking for" told me to have a nice day and hung up in my ear. I called back to ask to speak with Ron to let him no that I was able to get a better rate with another Erie Agent, whose customer service was EXCELLENT !!. I started to tell him that the service that his agency had given me was horrible and only for him to start going back and forth with me!!!! then he hangs up then have the Audacity to give me a call back stating per his notes he had given me a call back requesting information from my now agent. ( I have never received a call from him since the initial call back after his receptionist had taken my intake information)
I never received a call from him however the last call he stated that he was unable to give me a policy, that Erie wouldn't even let him run it. ?! What I have insurance now (just was looking for a better rate considering my age, my good driving record and I was never involved in any accident and no tickets) so what do you mean that you were unable to!!!. Ron proceeded to yell and stated " Well glad that you got insurance" and hung up on me!!!!
I just wanted to make any new clients aware of this Bad Behavior
I would not recommend this agency to my enemies!!!
