I have been a resident at a property managed by CMG for several years, and while the community itself is nice, dealing with ongoing maintenance issues has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I have had a recurring leak and water damage in my unit that has gone unresolved for an unacceptably long time, despite my numerous attempts to have it properly repaired by submitting work orders and requests to management. There is still visible damage in and around my unit, including holes, stains, and an active leak. Requests for repairs have gone unanswered or not been completed properly.

My patience has now worn thin with the lack of urgency, poor communication, and band-aid fixes for what is clearly a serious, ongoing problem that is negatively impacting my living experience and likely causing further damage.

I unfortunately cannot in good conscience recommend CMG to other residents or homeowners given my experience with their unresponsive and inadequate handling of a major maintenance problem in my home. Prospective clients should be aware of the potential issues with having repair needs properly resolved in a timely manner.

I'm hoping the situation improves, but I feel obligated to share my honest feedback to warn others and hopefully spur CMG to improve their maintenance and repair processes and communication. Residents deserve to have their concerns taken seriously and properly addressed.
