We needed help with our taxes and Cline and Associates were amazing at answer questions, simplifying the process, and explaining everything as our taxes were filed. We received our refund quickly with no error. I have always found them easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

Would not respond to messages, I stopped in the office a few times and was promised a call, then no word. After three months and the tax deadline approaching, I picked up my paperwork to do my taxes elsewhere. I understand tax season is incredibly busy, however zero communication after several months is off-putting.

For the love of god, if you value efficiency, precision, or attention to detail then DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They wont answer their phones, they will not return your calls, they show complete disregard for the customer and they are more unorganized than the DMV. This is by far the worst tax help i have ever recieved. I contacted them in january, and it was like pulling teeth to get my return filed. After MONTHS of waiting and calling, they finally answered my call and filed my return ON THE DATE OF THE DEADLINE. and after all of that, i found multiple mistakes in their paperwork. Because of those mistakes, It is nearly July and i still have no tax return. I am warning you, these people do not care about you, your return, your deductions or anything else other than their profit apparently. You have been warned

Still nothing waiting for her to fix my 2020 taxes she messed up. never have recieved one stimulous check due to her errors. Trying to get passed front desk for answers is stupid. Also my 2019 had to be amended due to her errors and I paid her to do all this. Never ahain
