They are willing to lose a member over a 30 dollar fee! Their ATM machine malfunctioned therefore I had drive 18 minutes to the next branch only to have that machine malfunction also. I had the money to deposit. In that 18 MINUTE span I had a payment go through and was charged an overdraft fee. I had to wait 2 hrs for the branch to open (their hours vary) and they refused to waive the fee. Not vet considerate CLIMB!!

This is my second review and it's no better than the first. Quite disturbing to see the same low-quality disrespectful Bank employees!! Basically a joke to be called a bank! I went in with my elderly mother to make changes to her account one of them being a notarized power of attorney by Kaiser Permanente instructions and guidance. I am my mother's caretaker she lives with me and I pay all her bills and take care of what needs to but I was rejected from doing any of that even adding my name to the account that way I would have the information that I needed to pay her bills My mother does have dementia she makes poor decisions at times that's why I'm stepping in and have given the authority by Kaiser Permanente to do so but they refused to help in any shape for to me. it is harassment it was like pulling teeth to get my mother's own money out of her account!! I am going to social service for the elderly to let them know how my mother is money is being dealt with at a bank because we have a manager who dictates what's going to be done with her money 🤔 stay in your lane manager you are not her daughter I am and how dare you act like you are like you're going to run what goes on with my mother you are quite disgusting and why you're employed there at the bank making decisions for families when you're not even in the family social services going to be contacting your bank is to why you don't let my mother as a customer do what she wants to do my mother will no longer keep her money there at your bank and even has a car loan there as well and this is the kind of customer service she gets!! The elderly protective services is going to know why why you are doing this I showed you my ID where I have the same address as my mother and the paperwork ready to go from Kaiser Permanente and this manager denied it and you're going to be explaining why sick banking, disrespectful and too involved why you're just a bank employee!!!

I have banked with climb for years, at the same bank. And for years I have to argue with them about my paycheck. Being deposited with no hold so that means they keep my money for days and collect the interest until they decide. They want to unfreeze my money. My money is to run my business, not for them.To collect interest off of again for years, every 2 weeks the same paycheck and I have to argue with them to take the freeze off of it.Do not use this Credit Union.
They are if you use them good luck with the bounce check fees Even if you had the money what a joke run while you can

I've been with this
credit union fir over 30 years I have my business and was sending my checks through on my phone and could transfer money, now you cant do that you now have fees I'm done in here you cant even transfer money through the drive through, I called them and asked how come I cant transfer money, she said oh you have to go in, then lady what's the drive through for, and you have transfer on the damn deposit slip, what I'm going to do is transfer and climb right out of here. I dont need your your lame excuse s or need to call anyone of you you people shouldn't be in business that's not the way you treat people. I'm disgusted with you people. Seems like everyone else is too!

Reiterating that if I could give this branch zero stars I would. My family has been members since the 70s and they have made our lives miserable. My mother in law passed away and my father in law can't cash a check to bury her despite having death certificates, affadavits and all things legally necessary and they will not sign. Monica Ramirez was unbelievably rude and laughed at us when we said we would close our account. If that's how you treat members I don't want to be apart of it

Once Climb Credit Union purchased Sooper Credit Union what a nightmare.

Mobile Deposits have not worked. Credit card summary not working.

Time to switch Credit Unions. I would warn everyone not to bank there.
