My 2 year old computer was running super slow so I decided to give ClickAway a call. I spoke with Kevin on the phone and explained what was going on. He told me that they would run a free diagnostic on my computer for me. I told him that I have very sensitive material on the computer and that I really did not want it wiped clean. He told me he would do his best.
I was able to make a same day appointment for 12:30. After dropping it off and telling them my concerns again, I left. About 2 hours later a received a phone call telling me that they can fix my computer for $299 and keep all my information that was on it. + if I wanted a back up hard drive that backed up the my computer automatically they could set me up for an additional $100 "I think he said" I passed on the back up 5:30pm I received another call telling me the computer was ready. When I came in Kevin walked me through what he found "basically he said it just needed a good tune up. The store manager asked me how I herd about them, I told him that I had Google searched the shop he then asked if I had tried to Yelp search them because he would give me a $50 credit if I did, I told him "you know I'm a Yelp elite member but I actually did not search them on Yelp "feeling shame because I am a elite member and it did not dawn on me to use Yelp" he then told me, I'll tell you what I'll do for you , if you want I'll throw in the external hard drive and set you up for your computer to automatically back up at no extra charge. "Wow, seriously!!" Totally was not expecting that. So when all was said and done I paid the original price to fix the computer and basically comped me a hard drive and set it up for me. The next day I got a fallow up phone call asking if my computer was working as I expected. I said yes it works like new again and thanked them for a job well done.

I took my 2020 Samsung Notebook 9 Pro to ClickAway for a free diagnostic repair of my broken and malfunctioning computer notebook keyboard. The IT Technician Aidan performed the necessary diagnostics and discussed the problems with me. I agreed to proceed with ordering the electronic parts which included installing a new internal keyboard and a new motherboard. This is extremely delicate work. I saw on YouTube what it involves and it's basically like doing micro-electronic surgery. IT Technician Aidan did a 100% perfect job. My Samsung notebook works like brand new again! All my data was restored and carefully encrypted. Everything was securely and professionally completed to my full satisfaction. I absolutely recommend ClickAway Campbell. This is your one stop tech shop for anything electronic you want fixed and done right! THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I can't over emphasize that this place is where you need to go for help with all of your electronic devices!

I had a challenge with my Laptop. My Google account had been suspended due to lack of storage and I tried for numerous hours with Google support to solve the problem and purchase more storage. Great place! I came here because I lost my cables for my pc when I moved.

Chris was amazing and helpful during my visit and gave me the power cable for free. I was able to use one of their table and was able to test my pc.

I’m surprised how big this place is. With lots of technicians this place seems really legit.

I been to some mom and pop stores in Los Angeles but this store is massive in comparison.

The general manager Evan was really kind and helpful.

The owner took a call claiming that they work on all printers. I explained the printer - I explained my urgency and the technician that arrived stated “ just to let you know I don’t work on these types of machines..”

While I am stressing and told the owner of my urgency - I frustrating explained to the technician that - that was the opposite of what the owner told me.

He claims there was harassment and bullying… none toward the technician who could have been his son- but mainly to the owner who took the call and told me they worked on all machines including the one I described.

All in all frustrated with the owner - he stated he had technicians on board ready to help - he merely just wanted to collect $300 instead of understanding someone’s urgent need and making it harder on me..

Luckily I found Deens electronics… I have worked with them before and they were more than willing to assist.
