I am not sure where you are getting your hiring pool for property staff but they are incompetent, especially when it comes to customer service. It is a rare occasion that they will actually answer the phone or respond to any emails. Lake Ridge Heights is once again without hot water. Today is day 7. It is very similar to when the gas was shut off last January for over 3 weeks. Our last update was on Tuesday ( today is Thursday) saying they are waiting on the city and oncor. If it was important and this was actually what you are waiting on, it CAN be pushed through faster.
The only thing the office cares about is trying to get people in, instead of taking care of the ones that are already living in sub prime complex. Do Better Clearworth

Message to all vendor's don't conduct business with this Management company. They are always late to pay their invoices. You can expect to wait weeks after 30 days to receive your money from this company.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY
Staff of my previous apartment (lakeridge hights) did not send me my final account statement then sent me to collections without notice!
I wrote a review that was too long to even post here- if that says anything about how BAD this company is.

I've been here on the this property since 2012.
North Bend Apts property when it was under the management of Westdale which were an amazing management company.
Also the manager who was the overseer Ms. Heidi was very professional, diligent, courteous as well as a beautiful person inside and out. She was very respectful of her renters needs and made sure that what was needed on the property was provided. The work orders, maintenance guys were in unity of what it took to get the issues taken care of. The beautifications was on point, grounds were immaculate, and the office staff oozes with respect,etiquette and poised . But, now the new management company ClearWorth doesn't pride themselves on these things. I mean not professional at all, the property is filthy, maintenance guys are lazy, thieves, and not professional at all. I had one from a temp agency to come into my place when I wasn't there and when into my bedroom stole monies that were in my private space because it was visible but inside my small purse. I have a police report but it's said that I can be recompensated for my lost.
I've always left my private property in MY PLACE where NO ONE should be able to just come in and take... I'm not okay about this violation of my privacy; but the theft isn't working here anymore after days of this happening 08/01/24.
No apologies, no offering to get this issue resolved... Your actions SPEAKS VOLUMES !!!

I live at the lakeridge heights and ever since they took over management and been in charge nothing is run smoothly, nothing works, slow to fix a problem, slow to address a problem, they’re slow to keep you updated on anything been without heat and hot water for most of January and clearly, the owner isn’t doing anything to fix the problems and just gives it to other people to manage it and try fix the problems. Completely completely unacceptable And should never go on this long. The higher-ups better see this review as they do and they better take further action and compensate us.

02/13/24: At Lakeridge Heights and we’re going on 16 days with no gas (no hot water or heat). We’ve been offered free pizza/etc if you visit the office (we haven’t as of yet), a 3-day pass to YMCA, and $100 off our rent for dealing with this major inconvenience due to the gas leak. Half a month: no one has been able to take a hot shower, turn on the heater during the colder nights, and use the dryers after washing their clothes. I’ve emailed ClearWorth on 02/06/2024 and never got a response in regard to all this. We all really have no advocate and ClearWorth has not put the tenants in their best interests since taking over recently. Our complex used to be nice considering the age of the property, but it has noticeably become neglected with maintenance and service. Take a look at all the complaints on the Google reviews for Lakeridge Heights off Ferndale Rd/Nwy Hwy.

stay away as far as you can from this apartment. Every time they change a property manager it gets worst and worst. I have requested a work order 3 weeks ago to get my stove and the light in the kitchen fixed nothing was done , not to mention countless time that i made a trip to the office to remind them and try to reach them over the phone but no one answers the phone because its on silent. They don't want to be bother by the ring so they put the phone on silent. If you want to reach them over the phone GOOD LUCK. I walked in while calling the phone they did not even bother to look at it . One was busy with her cellphone the other one was busy decorating the office. I asked to speak to the manager she said she is busy. It seems like they are there to have fun not to manage the property. I can not wait for my lease to be over.
