Very bad DMV services. Claudia as the owner has no respect for her customers, she will call and as you are talking to her Claudia has the audacity to hang up and disrespect you. I took my commercial vehicles paperwork to get a quote and ask if there was any way she can assist as my vehicle was none operational when I first spoke to Claudia, Claudia sent me straight to one of her employees her name is Edith. Edith has very bad manners and is not a people person she does not have the right attitude to assist their clients. When I asked for a quote, she did not give it to me in fact she said leave me the paperwork and we will call you to proceed I never got a call until after a week. When I got the call is because they were already charging me double the amount the DMV was charging me.

Do NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE .

This review is soley on their Tax preparation. So I went to do my 2017 Taxes last year. I had a bad experience they sent me back and forth between two of their offices a couple of times. I just did my 2018 taxes for free at a non profit organization this year and they reviewed the taxes I got done with Claudia’s insurance Agency and they said there was plenty of mistakes made. I would say DO NOT get your taxes done here.

I got a monthly payment...fix
And the insurance, won't let me add
Car or help on any way, whit out talking to
These insurance company firts.
Plus . The monthly payment. Change!!
I went up totally...bad service...avoid...avoid.
Avoid...take your business some where else....!!!!
