We have been with Claimlinx for about ten years! In my experience there is not an insurance company that gives better service to their members. If I have questions, all I do is send them an email or call and I typically get a very fast response. If there is something that takes a little longer or requires research, they get back to me. I’ve never been left waiting and having to call them again. They treat me kindly, like I’m important and as if my claim is their number one concern. I have dealt with multiple insurance companies and by far Claimlinx outshines them all! I highly recommend Claimlinx. If you want individual care, that puts your concerns first, Claimlinx is your answer!

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, have had the subsequent necessary surgery and am cancer free and recovering nicely. If you are not using Claimlinx for your business and your employees, you are missing a great opportunity for savings and top service. My employer uses Claimlinx and in October of 2020 I was the first patient at the Cleveland Clinic to halt MS. Claimlinx helped me navigate through the process because this was uncertain territory. Using HSCT for MS is still in its infancy with insurance claims. Claimlinx jumped in and they still help me through my follow up visits with Cleveland Clinic. If I had my own business, I would be using Claimlinx to take advantage of all of the Savings and to give my employees the support they need when navigating through insurance.
