My experience has been horrible with this company so far and I hope that I get someone's attention. The gate at HPCH is constantly broke and when the property manager is emailed about this issue and when it will be fixed, it is simply ignored. Also, the use of a shared Gmail account is not professional when both the property manager and members of the board have access to all emails and the password. Board meetings are usually posted last minute and there is never enough time given to owners at this property. How hard is it so send an email update more than 72 hours in advance so owners have enough time to attend? Lastly this company does nothing in regards to enforcing apartments here aren't used for short term or vacation rentals. (Airbnb, VBRO, etc).

Absolutely horrible property management company! This company is currently “managing” the complex where I live (HPCH) and the Property Manager is a joke. For instance today, 4/30/2019 we had an emergency onsite where all the fire alarms were going off in the entire building. This happened for approximately two and half hours. It is currently 830pm and still no message from the Property Manager of CKT Asset Management explaining what happened. The last email we got read as follows:
“We will have a temp filling in to help.

I will be on vacation, so anything that can wait until (date hidden for privacy reasons), I will take care of on my return. Any maintenance emergencies, such as floods, fire or alarms, please call 911 first for the Proper Authorities before calling the office.

We are starting with an answering service soon, hopefully on Monday. If there is an emergency, they will forward the information to the correct person. Please leave your message with your name, phone number and unit number. “

Seriously? Is this really a professional response? Given that CKT Asset Management doesn’t even enforce their staff to use a corporate email address and instead allow their property manager to use a shared Gmail account is even more alarming. In my opinion it’s more of a liability on CKT Asset Management Company just bad business practice. If this is the type of company you want to “manage” your property good luck. Property Management company’s are supposed to be in place to give owners a peace of mind that their company is being attended to and maintained. Look at the Nextdoor App and you’ll be appalled by the number of complaints this company has. I hope this gets someone’s attention and they decided to make it right.
