Jimmy was by far the best tow truck driver. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and super accommodating. The timing was very reasonable and quick. I couldn’t have asked for a better driver. As a young female from out of town, Jimmy made me feel very safe and I knew I was in good hands from the first call! The pricing was also very good. I highly recommend Jimmy and City Towing!

Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance called them and they were there to rescue my wife on the side of I-40 near Kingman in 20 minutes and towed her to Henderson, Nevada. Jimmy the tow truck driver was awesome and the dispatcher was really nice. Highly recommend.

Saved the day, Got my self in a pickle in some sand about a little over a quarter mile off road.

Made a few phone calls, other businesses were closed, no answer and/or didn't do off-road recovery.

I was in a working capacity at the time, with another individual in my care, so you could say that added a bit more stress to the situation.

I was so relieved when City Towing answered the phone. I didn't catch the girl's name on the phone, but she was pleasant to talk with and getting help out to me.

Robert the tow truck driver, real friendly and professional, was out to me in about a half hour or so. Got me winched out of the sand in no time, took him longer to pull the winch line out and do his paperwork then to get me out.

Service time and fee was far beyond reasonable. I know it can get real expensive for off road recovery, so I was little worried and accepted the fact I may need to pay a hefty price to get back on the road.

Thankfully that wasn't the case, the service fee was extremely reasonable.

Thank you Robert, City Towing and the very nice lady that answered the phone.

Utilizing City Towing has been an excellent experience. They have towed my Infiniti 3 times (back into town and to a mechanic's shop) after blowing a turbo, and every instance has been an absolute pleasure. Their dispatch center is consistently fast, friendly, and professional, while their drivers are a delight.

A special thank you to Robert, whom I was lucky enough to have on two separate occasions. Robert provides nothing short of exceptional service and acute attention to detail. Taking extra care to avoid potentially damaging any aspect of the vehicle and ensuring we had everything we needed with a smile on his face. Even after working a busy schedule and long hours. Robert also provided great advice and recommendations about the greater Kingman area and about various service centers in town. I cannot recommend Robert and City Towing enough!

I scheduled with USAA to have my truck towed the following morning. USAA scheduled me with City Towing. They sent Jimmy and Cody and these guys set a standard other tow truck companies can’t even compete with. They did a great job all around. Very professional and friendly. They were meticulously careful when they strapped my beat up truck down. They treated it like it was new. Very impressed with the service. On time, professional and friendly people, couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you City towing!
