Can't believe you guys hire people who are willing to hit walking pedestrians. I was in FRONT of the city cab when he decided to take a left and almost hit me and had the audacity to honk. I figure I should be the one to tell you guys this tidbit of information because you obviously didn't teach your drivers this: pedestrians have the right away. I don't care how important you think your route is since my life supersedes that any day.

I called last night to set up a cab for 7:00 AM today. I had a rental car reservation for 7:30. was told the earliest I could get one would be 8:00 so I settled for that. This morning no one showed up so I called. I was told there was no reservation for me and it would now be a 20-40 minute wait. I called another company & he came immediately. Tonight at 8:00 they were frantically calling and texting, saying they were at my home waiting for me. I will never use them again!

Got hung up on 12 times and wouldn’t let me talk to a manger or get a word in when she answered just straight hung up until I called on a different phone overall a horrible experience and wouldn’t count on them for good service or giving the right time before your cab arrives

I called two days before to arrange for a 5am pick up and they weren’t there and told me they were running behind. At first I was okay, but by 5:15 I was told “7 more minutes”. I got mad, cancelled and ended up driving myself to the hospital. The whole point of scheduling the pick up in the first place was so I wouldn’t have to wake my family up and so I wouldn’t have to worry about picking my car up later on after the anesthesia wore off. Completely unreliable and not worth your money. This is not my first time using the service and they won’t even pick you up on the fly either. They shouldn’t even be in business as a cab company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had to use this taxi service several times while on a work trip and the drivers are all fantastic, really nice people. But I had to call the taxi to get to the airport the day it was time to go home, the lady hung up on me twice as I was trying to get all the information finalized, and then tried saying I must’ve done it, but that’s beside the point. Was very rude and talked to me and my boss like we were 4 years old, then threatened to cancel my cab after I’d already paid for it just because I asked if we could give my boss’s card info over the phone and then said they needed a picture of the card as well. Which I understand could just be there policy and I’m totally okay with that but it’s the way the experience was handled that I wasn’t okay with!

Careful ordering a cab. May get a cab driver who is under the influence. If you should call to lodge a concern dispatch will be combative and hang up on you. I will be calling the manager tomorrow but after getting hung up on i felt this was necessary. First google review ever.

I use this cab service regularly, and I truly appreciate almost all of the drivers…. The current overnight female dispatcher though is rude. Also, I schedule my cabs for a specific time and she is always trying to force me out my door before this time telling me how they already have my meter running. If I schedule a cab the meter should not start running until after that scheduled time. Also, I only use this to go to work and it kind of sucks having someone be salty to me right before I go to clock in. Like I said I truly like and appreciate many of the drivers and a couple of the dispatchers but I’m about ready to take my regular scheduled business elsewhere

Used this service twice because of a delayed flight. The first night we called because literally every other taxi place was closed, they told us 15 to 30 minutes. One hour later they picked us up and took us to the hotel without any incident. The driver was wearing sunglasses at night so... But he drove fine. Next morning we had to be back at the airport early so we made arrangements to be picked up on a set time. I was unable to reserve an earlier time but was told that if i called in the morning I might be able to get picked up earlier. Which they did and this driver was very professional and got us to the airport without any incidents. I would have given them five stars if it wasn't for the 1 hour wait when we were told 15 to 30 minutes.
